LIVELAB delivered precise projection mapping on the front façade of DDP (Dongdaemun Design Plaza), the world’s largest free-form architecture.
By utilizing the '3D mapping technology of the PIXERA Media Server', the content was seamlessly aligned with the curved surfaces and complex structure of the building, allowing visitors to experience visuals that merged naturally with the architecture from any angle.
Having been responsible for the mapping segment of SEOULLIGHT DDP in 2022, 2023, and again in 2025 (Autumn/Winter),
LIVELAB has consistently demonstrated its technical reliability by ensuring stable operations and delivering highly accurate results on one of the most challenging projection surfaces in the world.
On this solid technical foundation, SEOULLIGHT has earned widespread recognition both domestically and internationally.
In 2023, it received the Red Dot Design Award (Winner) and the IDEA Design Award (Bronze), gaining global acclaim for artistic quality and design excellence. In 2025, it went on to win the iF Design Award (Winner), thereby achieving the “Triple Crown” of the world’s top three design awards.
Furthermore, on August 25, 2025, SEOULLIGHT DDP was officially registered in the Guinness World Records as the “World’s Largest Projection Mapping on a Free-Form Architecture,” reaffirming its technological achievement on the global stage.
